An estimated 57 million Americans live with a disability. Some need lots of support, others only a little…but all deserve to live a life without limits.

As one of the largest nonprofit health organizations in the US, UCP offers rewarding employment opportunities for individuals wishing to work in the nonprofit, disabilities field. Positions posted are those announced by the UCP national office in addition to those opportunities available throughout UCP’s network of affiliate organizations.

UCP recognizes the importance of building leadership capacity to lead us in the future. Recognizing that the ongoing strength of the UCP affiliate network relies on nurturing a new generation of leaders, The Emerging Leaders Academy was founded in 2012 to expand and develop the skills of promising nonprofit managers in the UCP affiliate network.
