Support UCP/Detroit

Charitable Gifts & Planned Giving

UCP/Detroit  welcomes all types of gifts and bequests to support its many services. Some examples of outright gifts include gifts of real estate, life insurance, or securities. Bequests are designated in your will., trust or through beneficiary designations.

  • Specific Bequest – A specific dollar amount, percentage of estate, or property can be designated in your will or trust to go to UCP.

  • Residual Bequest – After the estate has paid all expenses, debts and taxes and honored all specific bequests, the remaining amount would be transferred to UCP.
